Feeling so contained

Stirs the monster inside

Hearing freedom

Is on the other side

Keeping me alive

Destroying pain

Feeds my insides

So every tear

Such a gentle creature

Reaping the lords fees

Eyes can not look upon

Something so obscene

Conduit is all he seems

To destroy is misuse

Redirected decay

The evil falls away

To soften the flesh,

Nothing can affect,

Something so damaged-

These emotions control-

The foundation weakens,

With every blind eye,

The End Fears Us

When does the pain end?

Living through it all

Seems worthlessly corrupt.

Tasting the fruit is bitter

The truth a loaded gun.

Every time I notice

The tears flood my

Inside-I wonder why

The thought of your love

Heals from the inside.

Words have an effect

Similar to sunshine.

Curing my demise-

The torture subsides

Closing the divide.

Living life reminds me

All this emotion

Bottled so deep inside.

The shadows grow,

The world persist,

Here we stand,

Eyes locked tight,

Finger on the trigger.

The tense air,

Constricts my lungs,

The bitter taste,

Burns my tongue.

Movement is suicide,

Death from falling tears.

Show your face,

Wicked creature.

But a reflection-

Has no hands,

Thought consumes me.

Removing the mask,

The misery is tangible,

Rage building inside-

Screaming,

My lungs bleeding,

Pull the trigger,

End this fast.

Living as nothing,

An empty shell,

The hot barrel,

The pain is numb.

Here we stand,

Nightmares pass-

Fade to black.

Why is it?

Why are humans so narrow minded? We have potential to do incredible things, but ignore this potential for a menial existence. Everybody serves a part in society but i don't believe all the roles are equal. WE are all equal, but the effect we have within the realm of society is vastly different. Some live just to satisfy their own wants and needs, but others help those in need of assistance. People rarely seem to understand what it is to be human. The idea of everyone being brother and sister or part of a large family is truth. As a family, we must help one another strive to prolong our heritage. Everyone seems to have moved away from this value and seem to only respect those they feel deserve this respect. The reason we are diverse is the same reason we are not. Differences are meant to bring people together. Focus now is on surface rather than looking deep within showing an utter lack of care. We must first choose to stop causing problems and start forming solutions .
